[beta] Calculate advanced electricity costs

Calculate detailed electricity costs for multiple component types over a specified period.

Supports all tariff component types including energy consumption (kWh), demand charges, capacity fees, fixed costs (incl. based on formulas or percentages of the total), reactive power and excess charges.

Inputs data is retrieved from the /tariffs retrieve endpoint, in section calculation_requirements.

Key Features:

• Multiple component types: KWH, DEMAND, CAPACITY, REACTIVE, EXCESS, FIXED, TAX
• Time-of-Use (TOU) pricing: Supports TOU levels (e.g. peak, off-peak) for precise calculations
• Flexible inputs: Numbers, time-series data, or automatic calculation (for FIXED fees)
• Geographic filtering: Automatically applies location-based pricing
• Prorating: Supports prorating of fixed costs over the period or not
